Is this legal advice?

No. PropSafe is an information and risk-flagging service. We identify patterns that match known legal dangers and explain them in plain English, then point you to the specific questions to ask a licensed local notary or lawyer before you sign. Think of us as a smoke alarm: we tell you there's danger and what it is. A licensed professional helps you address it.

I don't have a contract yet. Can I still use PropSafe?

Yes, and this is exactly where to start. The Developer Check needs only a company or project name. Most buyers fall for a beautiful villa reel long before they have paperwork. Check the developer first. You can also grab the free Buyer Safety Guide on our homepage.

Why isn't it cheaper, like other AI tools?

Because you're protecting a purchase worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Our pricing reflects the value of catching a single fatal flaw, and it's still a fraction of a manual legal review. A bargain-bin price on a decision this large would be a red flag in itself.

Are you connected to any developers or agents?

Never. Almost every "verification" service in these markets is run by an agency or earns commission from the sale. We take money only from buyers. Our independence is the entire product.

How fast do I get my report?

Normally within 24 hours, often sooner. The Protection + Guidance tier (coming soon) will include priority turnaround. If anything delays your report, we're alerted immediately and follow up directly. You'll never pay and get nothing.

What if your report misses something?
